Dry Brine Branzino
Looks fancy and tastes delicious, yum!!
What You Need
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
Branzino (or any white fish)
Cabbage
Limes
Saly
Let’s Cook!
Heavily salt the outside and inside the cavity. Now we will let it dry brine for 30 min and up to 24 hours. Place the fish into your fridge if dry brining for a long time
Broil in the oven for 10-12 min, flip then broil for another 6-8 min or until finished
Serve with choice of greens. To make a lime cabbage slaw, simply slice the cabbages thinly and toss with salt and lime juice.
