Miso Gochujang Salmon
Convenient doesn’t have to mean bland!
What You Need
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp white miso
½ tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp honey
Sprinkle of dashi powder
Dash of mirin
Pinch of black pepper
Sesame oil to taste
Let’s Cook!
Mix the ingredients together and marinade your salmon for 10 minutes and up to an hour if you have time.
Air fry at 400°F for 7–9 min
7 min if it’s a small fillet
9 min for a thick one (I usually just do 8 min and call it a day 😮💨)
Oven equivalent
Bake at 425°F for 10–12 min.
Broil for the last 1–2 min if you want that crispy top 🔥
