Miso Gochujang Salmon

Convenient doesn’t have to mean bland!

What You Need

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • Salmon Fillet

  • 1 tbsp white miso

  • ½ tbsp gochujang

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Sprinkle of dashi powder

  • Dash of mirin

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Sesame oil to taste

Mix the ingredients together and marinade your salmon for 10 minutes and up to an hour if you have time.

Air fry at 400°F for 7–9 min

  • 7 min if it’s a small fillet

  • 9 min for a thick one (I usually just do 8 min and call it a day 😮‍💨)



Oven equivalent
Bake at 425°F for 10–12 min.
Broil for the last 1–2 min if you want that crispy top 🔥
